Patients in need can request the clinic’s complimentary transportation service. Free, secured parking is available for hemodialysis patients. The nursing staff coordinator is available for shift changes and to assist in coordinating with vacation centers to ensure continuity of care.
In case of emergency during the night or on holidays, patients can contact the clinic, which will notify the on-call physician.
Each dialysis station is equipped with:
- A television
- Wireless internet access
- A personal locker with a key
A bar service is available for patients throughout the duration of their dialysis treatment.
Before beginning dialysis, patients receive an information sheet detailing the benefits and potential risks of the treatment. The physician ensures that the patient fully understands this information and asks the patient to sign a consent form to initiate dialysis.
The dialysis nursing staff will coordinate with the patient to schedule their sessions in one of the three daily shifts. For further details on scheduling, please contact the Dialysis Center.
