Organizational, Management, and Control Model

Ars Medica S.p.A. Clinic has implemented an Organizational, Management, and Control Model in accordance with Legislative Decree 231/01. This model, approved by resolution of the Sole Director, can be reviewed by accessing the following documents:

• Code of Ethics
• General Section of the Organizational Model (MOG)

Additionally, an independent supervisory body, the Supervisory Board, has been established. This body is vested with autonomous powers of initiative and control, tasked with overseeing the proper functioning, compliance, and ongoing updates of the adopted Model.

To facilitate reporting, the Supervisory Board provides the dedicated email odv231@clinicaarsmedica.it, ensuring the highest level of confidentiality.
