The Otorhinolaryngology Center at Ars Medica Clinic, located in the heart of Northern Rome, specializes in the prevention, diagnosis, medical-surgical treatment, and rehabilitation of diseases affecting the ear, nose, throat, and the oncological conditions of the cervicomaxillofacial area.

Diagnostic Services

Our diagnostic service, equipped with modern and technologically advanced instruments, operates 24/7 for emergencies and inpatients, and offers scheduled appointments for external patients. This service aims to provide high-quality, specialized otorhinolaryngology care promptly and at competitive rates.

Medical Therapy

The medical therapy provided by our Otorhinolaryngology Center covers all diseases of the ear, nose, throat, and cervicomaxillofacial area, including:

Surgical Therapy

Our surgical activities, which can be scheduled on short notice, encompass all otorhinolaryngological and cervicomaxillofacial pathologies. We perform minimally invasive endoscopic surgeries with advanced technologies (e.g., video surgery, laser surgery, radiofrequency surgery), as well as microsurgery and complex major surgeries, with a special focus on oncological surgery.

Nasal and Nasal Cavity Surgery:

Endoscopy Services:

We use fiber optic or rigid endoscopes connected to high-resolution cameras (video endoscopy-NBI) for precise diagnosis of conditions affecting the nasal cavities, nasopharynx, pharynx, hypopharynx, and particularly the larynx. This enables early detection of precancerous lesions or early-stage cancer in high-risk patients.

• Specific nasal provocation tests (TPNs) and nonspecific nasal provocation tests (TPSa)

Vascular Diagnostic Services:

Carotid-vertebral and transcranial color Doppler ultrasound for the study of the posterior vascular district (external and internal vertebral arteries, basilar artery, anterior inferior cerebellar arteries (AICAs), and posterior inferior cerebellar arteries (PICAs)) for conditions related to the inner ear (hearing loss, vertigo, tinnitus) and brainstem.
